Better by you, better than me – Judas Priest

Better by you, better than me (Meglio per te, meglio per me) è la traccia numero tre del quarto album dei Judas Priest, Stained Class, pubblicato il 10 febbraio del 1978. Si tratta di una cover del brano del gruppo inglese Spooky Tooth del 1969. Per questa canzone nel 1990 i Judas vennero accusati di aver condotto al suicidio due giovani ragazzi americani, attraverso una serie di messaggi subliminali immessi nella canzone che secondo l’accusa sarebbero avvertibili ascoltando il disco al contrario. Alla fine del processo, la band venne assolta poiché, secondo il giudice, gli ipotetici messaggi nascosti non sono dovuti ad altro che ad una combinazione di suoni e di parole.
