Devil dogs – Sabaton

Devil dogs (I cani del diavolo) è la traccia numero sette del nono album dei Sabaton, The Great War, pubblicato il 19 luglio del 2019. Il brano si ispira alla Battaglia di Bosco Belleau vicino al fiume Marna in Francia tra il 1° e il 26 giugno 1918. Devil dogs è un nomignolo dei Marines americani. Si dice che derivi dal tedesco Teufelshunde, il nome con cui i soldati tedeschi chiamavano i marines americani.
