In hell is where she waits for me (Negl’Inferi è dov’essa m’attende) è la traccia che apre il sesto album dei The Black Dahlia Murder, Everblack, pubblicato l’11 giugno del 2013. Il brano narra in prima persona i pensieri folli e perversi di un uomo durante il funerale della donna che ha stuprato ed assassinato. Nel testo vi sono due citazioni: la prima, che introduce la canzone, è il salmo 23, scritto da re Davide, contenuto nell’Antico Testamento; la seconda, verso metà canzone, è un passo del brano “To each his own” del musicista country Roy Drusky (“A rose must remain with the sun/And the rain or its lovely promise/Won’t come true.”).
