Horror business – Misfits
Horror business (Affari horror) è la traccia che apre e che dà il nome al secondo EP dei Misfits, pubblicato nel giugno del 1979. Venne poi inclusa nell’EP del 1980 Beware e su Collection I del 1986. Questa canzone è basata su due fonti differenti: la morte di Nancy Spungen (assassinata il 12 ottobre 1978, presumibilmente dal suo fidanzato e bassista dei Sex Pistols Syd Vicious, amico del bassista Jerry Only) e il film Psycho del 1960, diretto da Alfred Hitchcock; nel testo infatti, viene citata la famosa scena del bagno. La canzone è stata pubblicata nel giugno 1979, mentre Vicious era ancora in prigione (fonte: Genius lyrics).
