On a course to the frozen arctic seas
We’ve defeated vikings

The beast has awakened!
Between the bounds of light and death
Rides the serpent, Uroboros
Supine before the altar of doom
Enter into the Cthonic lair
A raging torrent of smoke and fire
Lighting from across the bow
Hear the death throes of the terrorquid
The doom of leviathan draws near
Thunderous volleys from
the thirtytwo-pounder gun
strike the beast,
as our vessel moves in for the killing blow.
From the bow of the ship
the great harpoon is fired,
impaling the through the monsters cursed eyes.
With a final scream of terror,
Leviathan rears up in defeat,
and is vanquished for all eternity.

Un torrente in piena di fumo e fuoco
Lampi da tutto l’arco
Ascolta l’agonia del calamaro del terrore
Il destino del leviatano si avvicina
Fragorose raffiche dai
cannoni da 32 libbre
colpiscono la bestia,
mentre la nostra nave per il colpo mortale.
Dalla prua della nave
il grande arpione è sparato
infilandosi tra gli occhi maledetti del mostro.
Con un ultimo grido di terrore
il leviatano si impenna sconfitto
ed è vinto per l’eternità
* Il leviatano è una creatura biblica. Si tratta di un terribile mostro marino dalla leggendaria forza nato dal volere di Dio.
** L’Uroboro è un simbolo molto antico, presente in tutti i popoli e in tutte le epoche. Rappresenta un serpente o un drago che si morde la coda, formando un cerchio senza inizio né fine.
*** Il termine divinità ctonia indica tutte quelle divinità generalmente femminili legate ai culti di dèi sotterranei e personificazione di forze sismiche o vulcaniche
